GLOBOND Plus PVDF ACP/ PVDF ACP

 

GLOBOND Plus PVDF ACP is exclusively made for exterior wall cladding, its excellent property comes from the front coating & its outstanding durability, PVDF (Polyvinylidene Flouride Carbon) Kynar 500 coating is achieved through the continuing roller coating system which is based on the most prestigious Durannar technology & the multiple layers are individually stoved at 220~260℃, the two cover sheets sandwich the same mineral core of polyethylene hardly inflammable. Excellent coating property with Polyvinylidene Fluoride Resin from PPG Industries in U.S.A. & Becker Group in Sweden; it features no chromatism, good lightness, extreme rigidity & flatness; chemical salt spray; acid & alkali resistance for 20 years. The Super Peeling Strength adopting high performance of macromolecular lamination film from South Korea; GLOBOND Plus PVDF ACP performs over 7.5N/mm on 180℃ Peeling Strength after 2 hours boiling water test. Non-toxicity & Safety, The aluminium sandwiched core is of low density polyethylene; the outer aluminium sheet is uninflammable. The painting itself performs durable & flavorless. It fulfills the requirement of those fireproof specified buildings.  

GLOBOND Plus PVDF ACP is easy to cut, punch, router, groove & fabricate into different shapes simply with tools & machinery for timbers & metal sheets; depending on different required systems, its installation could be effected in short time. Easy Maintenance & Environment Non-pollution, It's only with detergent & water to clean the surface with sponge or a soft brush when there's dirt during installation or several years' exposure to the pollution air. All materials of it are fully recyclable.

GLOBOND FR Fireproof Aluminium Composite Panel is available in both Polyester coating & PVDF coating, the fireproof property comes from the core of high mineral which is uninflammable.The following technical data is from the test report issued by SGS U.K. Co.Ltd. & SGS U.S. Testing Company Inc. respectively, for the detailed inspection,please refer to the copies of the test reports.

GLOBOND plus PVDF solid aluminium panel

 

GLOBOND plus PVDF solid aluminium panel is made from excellent aluminium alloy plate, with PVDF painting of PPG or Akzo coated on the surface. The whole process of production adopts advanced NC panel beating device, NC multifunctional forming punch and the latest “Ransburgi” automatic electrostatic spray unit from Japan. Standard thickness:2.0㎜,2.5㎜,3.0㎜etc.   

Structure:

It is mainly consists of face plate, stiffening rib and hangers. If necessary, the back of the panel may fill in heat-insulation ore cotton. The hangers can be made by curving the face plate directly, or installed separately by aluminium profile. In order to ensure the flatness of the panel for long-term use, we install the stiffening rib on the back of face plate by bolts, to make it as a firm integral unit, thus enhancing the strength and rigidity of the material.

Application:

Curtain wall of buildings, pillar, balcony, partition board, interior decoration, billboard, vehicle, furniture, exhibition booth, instrument enclosure, subway station, shipping vehicle ect.
